This is the construction of a 4-star hotel located on the western corniche of Dakar on the seafront, not far from the Cheikh Anta DIOP University. Built over an area of 7600 m², it is composed of 5 levels including 2 basements, a ground floor and 2 upper floors and a swimming pool, i.e. nearly 22,000 m² of floor space.

The 2 basements and part of the ground floor include parking spaces, technical rooms, meeting rooms, offices, bakeries, kitchens, gym, restaurant, etc. The 202 rooms of the hotel are located on the ground, first and second floors on buildings connected by footbridges on each level in a mixed metal and concrete structure.

The structure is based on a general invert of 65 cm to 75 cm thick anchored at + 8.00 m on natural ground and enveloped by reinforced concrete walls on the entire periphery and on the 2 basement heights. Solid slab floors with drop beams and columns support all permanent and operating loads of the building.
